Here I have my Restored 808 Coupe. It was purchased in June 1999, from Jon Barr as a 96,000 klm car. The car has just clicked over 100,000 klms. It was traded in from a little old lady that drove it to church on Sundays. A rare find to get a rust free car with low kilometres and untouched with no modifications. The car sat in the shed for 18 months trying to decide what I wanted to do with it. I had other projects at the time and didn't really have the room. I reluctantly put the car up for sale in 2000. A lot of interested parties wanted the car, but it would only be sold to a buyer if they kept it in its original condition. Engine and all.
That is why I still have the car today as everyone wanted the car to have a rotary put in it if they purchased it.
The Coupe has since had a 2 year Rebuild back to its better than Factory condition.

Here is the car when I first purchased it.

Coming down from Gladstone QLD for the Coupe's first Car Show. The 12th Fast Fours & Rotaries Jamboree @ Willowbank Raceway
2002.

The first trophy, A Encouragement Award. The first of many.

The Coupe was then driven back to Gladstone about 600 klms as another project was to be taken home. The Coupe was only finished two days prior to coming to Jamboree. This was a very slow trip as I didn't want any stone chips or damage on the way home.
