its got a 455 buick, 7.5 litre, very powerful, i am the second owner, it was stored for 15 years before i bought it. paint is all good I WILL TAKE OFFERS ON THE CAR IF SOMEONE WANTS TO BUY IT

Hi, I just bought a 1978 Buick Lesabre. It needs work and it is so hard to find help! My heater fan switch on the dash-board, will Not run on the highest level (I have a low & a medium speed). When I take it to the local Buick dealers their people are just lost on how to fix it. We have changed the switch behind the dashboard, several times and the 3-unit resistor under the hood (above the heater core). Nothing seems to help! Is their such a service or a manual out there, that shows how the original wiring works, from this switch all the way through everything that relates to this switch? Can someone Please help me.
