I decided to build small block 400 instead of turning the 350 into a 383 Stroker. After all, we know that "Torque Moves Mass",....so why not use the best small block out there for building the most torque?

I decided to go with this Weiand tunnel ram, dual 450 Holleys, and a BDS blower scoop in order to achieve the look I wanted. I also figure if it's going to stick out the hood, it might as well STICK OUT THE HOOD,......that's why it has the 2" carb spacers. Normally this would make it really sloppy on the bottom end,....but with the Hughes 3000 stall converter I'm running, it should be just fine.

This shows it without the carb spacers, valve covers, and timing cover. It has a double roller timing set on there right now, but I just bought a "Quiet" Gear Drive set for it last week. I like the sound they make, but I don't want it to drive me crazy when I take it on a road trip. (Hence the quiet set)
