1995 Jeep Cherokee
Another fun project for me. I built this one for my son who is in college in Montana. Having killed a VW Jetta in the back country, we knew only one 4x4 could take the beating. The XJ was such a great truck. Probably the best SUV ever for a kid on a budget.
Picked this baby up at a Jeep auction with 75K miles. Banged up, ugly, dirty and lacking love, I paid $500.00 bucks and took her home.
Opened up a Crown account and ordered all the parts I needed, installed a new radiator, AC condensor and had it painted. Looked brand new. Got a leather kit from Katzkin and new carpet from ACC and all BRAND NEW OEM consoles off Ebay when Jeep cleared out their Cherokee inventory. This car now has nearly 200K miles and STILL runs like a top!
Added a Borla exhaust, wrangler rims and Alpine head unit to eclipse speakers.
