1982 PORSCHE 911 SC
This car was bought after all the other cars was sold to finance the old English house. When we sold off all the cars I suffered a severe Porsche withdrawal syndrome. and bought this low kilometer SC. This car was in absolute mint condition and required plenty elbow grease and polish to turn it into a concourse winner

The Driving impressions of the 911 SC
Here are some of my impressions with regards to driveability You must keep in mind that the older cars should not be compared to the technology available today .

Performance :
This 82 204 HP SC was a superb car. It was fitted with Turbo 7 and 8 16 wheels and the turbo front and rear tail. This car was fun to drive a lot of fast cars were misled by its performance especially if you caught them a little on the sleepy side or having a nap at the robot. This car was quick of the mark and had a top speed at least 146 MPH (235 KMH) It had a five speed gearbox and the shift was perfect.

Handling :
The 911 was good in this category. The turbo wheel set up changed the cars looks entirely and the rims filled the wheel arch gaps better. This car handled superb. This car could handle and the reason was the wider turbo wheels.

Braking ability :
The braking ability of this car was good no mater what the conditions .

Overall:
This car turned heads where ever. The car was fun to drive and even the woman liked to drive it. The SC is one of the most underrated 911s. I really enjoyed owning it and it was sad to let it go. The main reason for selling it was that it had low mileage and in concourse condition. I needed to buy something that I can drive every day.
