8/31/09 Got the exhaust done, been driving the car around.  I hit 2400 hz on my maf sensor(50 lbs/min) while tuning so its time for the aem 5bar map.  I have the pigtail wired in and routed, I just need to get to the hardware store for some fittings to twist it in.

Spool up has greatly improved since the last time I drove it,  The turbo starts to spool around 4,000 rpms.  I will datalog with the 5 bar hooked up soon to give details on when it hits peak boost.  Its hard to tell as things start to get out of hand at that point.

7/29/09 My  pipe showed up for finishing my exhaust,  I have it all tacked up other than the hangers for the cat back.  I still need to do my new o2 housing downpipe and race pipe.  I will snap up some pics when its closer.

It should be cool and unique.  Everything behind the downpipe is 4" and everything in front of that is 3" all stainless steel with ss vband clamps for all the connections.

5/15/09 Got my welder, gas, and wire.  I also passed my class on mig welding for structural fabrication and sheet metal.  Just need money for the flanges and pipe.

If anyone needs exhaust work done in the area just give me a buzz, I'll snap a few pics of some of my welds.

3/4/09 Welder is here now.  Just need some wire, gas, pipes, and flanges.  I hope to be able to buy it all in the next 3-4 weeks.

2/27/09 Yah, I got the car all put together to find out that when I had my downpipe fabbed up the flange was turned about 1/16" to far.  And I can't find anyone that will weld for me for a decent price.  I decided the car has become so modifed and has to much customizing needing to be done that I better learn to weld.  I have been going to school for welding for a couple months now.  And I ordered a new Millermatic 211 this week so I can finish my exhaust up.  It will be a few more weeks tell I can afford my gas and stainless wire, but all thats left is exhaust!!!!!

If anyone in the area needs mild or stainless steel welded up I would be glad to help you out if you can give me enough money to cover my wire and gas to do your job.  I know how much it sucks to want something welded and having a welder tell you its gonna cost you $75+/hour

8/4/08 Parts are here, lets see how much I like working in the heat ;).

8/1/08 JNZ tuning waits FOREVER to ship out your parts, I will have my forward facing filter housing on Monday, I want to get everything else done this weekend so I can slap that on on monday night and get this beast broken in and tuned.

Nothing ever goes as planned with racecars when your counting on other people to do something. This is why I buy as many parts as possible from www.importevolution.com, he has the best pricing and gets parts to me when he says hes gonna.

7/18/08 I had a few oil leaks that are a major pain in the ass to fix, I am working on them now, and doing my final touch-ups, I may run it for a little while this weekend, but will be next weekend before I have my new oil filter housing so I have more room for my downpipe.

7/7/08 I fired it up yester(my bday) for the first time this year, still has some bugs but don't worry she will be on the streets next weekend.

I hope to do a writeup on how to setup the q45 throttle position sensor, it is a bit tricky but only takes about an hour to get wired up and your settings good.

7/1/08 Intercooler pipe is welded up, I need to do some trimming on the one from my intercooler to get the fit how I want it, but its about done.

6/6/08 I have the tb pimped out pretty much how I want it for now. I am going to see how I like it on the car, and if I want to keep it I will be shaving it, you will like it when I do it!

5/30/08 I have received my JMFabrications sheet metal intake manifold, it's fucking huge... I also have my throttle body, now this bad boy is resriction free! Unfortunatly I also got my non cruise throttle cable too, who can drive a steady speed with 650 whp under your foot anyways? Notice the four pieced of aluminum welded to the intake runners, nitrous bungs??? I will get pic of the throttle body up when I am done with pimpin it out NVRacing style.

5/20/08 I ordered a Q45 3.5 inch!!!! throttle body, watch out if you have small children or pets because I can suck em up now! Also for anyone thinking they are gonna run me down I would like to add that my new manifold was ordered with a nitrous bung per cylinder, direct port 150 shot here I come.

5/7/08 I ordered my JMFAB DRAG version sheet metal intake manifold. It is flanged for a 90mm throttle body, and already has nitrous bungs welded in it for a direct port setup. I also got a non-cruise throttle cable ordered to eliminate the cruise control.
Check out the info on it, with pictures.

4/10/08 Should I start to shed a few creature comfort/weight and make the car a little less of a street car? I was thinking remove a/c, power steering, cruise control, rear seats, trunk. I have gotten rid of most emissions related equiptment, but after my new sheet metal intake some extra engine bay space would be nice. Give me you opinions please.

***400+ horse to the ground at 15 psi on pump gas, no alchy, and 16* peak timing*** Base tune is set and I will be slowly inching up the boost till I am happy.

Be sure to check out my video section, I got some nice ones!

My 35R getting fucked up.

A better veiw of the intake on the compressor of my GT3582R. It has a 4" inlet and a 2 1/2" outlet. This turbo is not recomended for anything under 400 horse power or 28 psi. It is capable of flowing enough air for about 650 horse power.

My GT35R with the compressor about finished, I used to not be into bling but I decided I wanted people to say oooo when I opened the hood and when I stand on it.
