NEW UPDATE IN 2008
my STI brembo front brake conversion was done on time during christmax. everything worked out fine. first of all, here's some compare of the Z32 brake rotor with the EVO rotor.

brand new EVO rotor, super big on 240sx. lol. and yes, u must have 17" wheels to clear this.
as usual, my dad was helping me out on the project. he did all the cutting, gridding stuff on the heat shield and custom bracket.
this was the wooden bracket that i made to test fit. kinda get an idea on how it goes on. was planning to use longer bolt to go throw the bracket and use a nut behind, but i found that will never clear the caliper after i tried to put on. i must tap the two holes where the bolts were in the picture.

two outter holes had been drill, two inner holes drilled and taped. my dad was cutting the openning to clear the hub.
everything was ready to bolt on. heat shield cut, bracket cut, and i ordered 8 pieces of grade 10.9 bolts to bolt that thing up. thats the hardest for bolts.
finally done with it. it wasnt that hard tho. the TE37 was 17x8.5 40mm offset which i put on the rear be4. i put it in front with the H&R 20mm spacer, cleared coil and brake perfectly. i m looking for a pair of 17x9.5 12mm on the rear now. $1250 + 3 months waiting for the pair..... i'll hold on to it now...
for brake inprovement, it locks my front wheels hard. but its because my 245/40/17 on my TE37 are almost gone. i ordered a pair of new tires and put it on today, braking is perfect. although brake padle was a little stiff with my 300zx brake MC, it wont lock my front wheels anymore but stop quick.

done with my brake, now my friend's s14.5. he lets his brother who didnt know how to drive stick drove it for 4 days, clutch burnt. ordered exedy racing stage 1. took me a little more than an hour to drop it, but an hour, 3 people JUST for pushing this shit up and down to line up with the engine. next time will be faster....
