A deposit has been made on the car and as soon as the buyer clears everything with customs I get the rest of payment in full. Her future home will soon be Australia! Who would have thought Ellie would be going down under?!? :)

I've even had cops go toot toot and wave coz they love it too! :) Each yard sale I have seems to bring more people in to look at the car rather then purchase items at the sale.... lol I had big plans for this car and hope that a future owner will be able to finish my dream. I just bought this car 12-9-07 and took these photos the very next morning before doing anything to it.
It is a 1967 Impala 4 door Black. Ever since 2005 when the tv show supernatural came out I fell in love and knew I had to have one. It is such a beautiful car and there are so many 2 door models around and I had to have a 4 door. This car came from a guy I met on here many years ago. I told him I wanted the car when I first sent him a msg and I was lucky enough to have him msg me and offer me it once he decided to sell years later.
It needs work but over all in pretty good shape. The trunk is shot but ebay sells a trunk replacement for around $400 and It needs a new headliner and a few other parts.
The prev owners father told me it has a rebuilt motor with less than 40 miles on it when I picked it up. The motor is a 283 small block v8. I doubt I've put 250 miles once it since the day I picked it up in 07.
She is garage kept to keep her away from rain and people with sticky fingers since this car draws a LOT of attention. I can't drive a mile down the road with out someone stopping me to ask something or telling me Nice Car! :)
Future mods include:
New Tan Headliner
Piant the inside Light Tan (I just picked up the correct interrior paint used in the shows car ) and hope to be able to start painting the inside to match as soon as I get a free chance.
New trunk flooring
Build Weapons box (this will be after trunk floor is replaced)
Front Rims, already own the rear ones.
I call my car Ellie, short and sweet version of Elvira
Dec 15th - Removed the old window tint. It was sooo scratched up faded peeling and turning purple. Now the windows are nice and clear easy to see out of. The way it was meant to be back in 67.

8-21-11 SN correct lug nuts just came in the mail!
8-20-11 Had a transmission leak looked at and rear Moog cargo springs installed.
7-2-11 Received my rear Cargo Coil Springs
6-19-11 Picked up a black steering wheel cover with tie string
6-14-11 My two rear chrome rims just came in and they are beautiful!
6-13-11 Just rec's the correct chrome wheel center caps in the mail.
6-9-11 Tape deck Radio (exact Brand/model as the shows, received 6-9-11)
6-8-11 Theft resistant Door locks, Supernatural correct (just received 6-8-11)
6-3-11 I just picked up the correct color interior paint/dye as the show uses on theirs dash, doors, etc.
6-10-09 I should be getting my car back today. It's been in the shop for 5 days. I took it to get the water pump replaced and found out that the guy who rebuilt the motor before I got the car really screwed some things up. Many bolts in the motor had their heads broke off or the wrong size was used. Because of one of these bolts it caused a crack in the block which took several days to repair but it's done now thank god! So the water pump has been replaced along with many broken bolts the motor has been welded and tapped. The hood hinge fixed, brakes bleed and ajusted, new dash pad installed, all 16 instrument cluster bulbs replaced, plastic speedo cover taken off and buffed to remove all scratches, coolant flushed, new sealent should have been added around the front window to stop the leak. Last of all the old mufflers on my car removed and 2 new red cherry bomb glass pack straight pipes added. They should give my car the extra rumble I want to hold me over till I get new headers. They are also Red which match the color my motor is painted. New pics will come soon as I find my digi cam (I just moved and can't find which box I packed it in). Also can you believe the guy fixing my car did all of that work and only charging me $300? He is great!
5-26-09 I just did the tax tag and title on the car and also got car insurence. She is street legal now! The tag I got is a antique plate which is my first one ever :) Also the new dash came in last week and is in such great shape! I can't believe it's a original 67 dash.
5-10-09 Ordered a replacement original 1967 dashpad in perfect condition.
2-27-09 My new rear view mirror just came in for the car. Also I just got 4 Tires for the car to give it a wider more meaty look to it.
