This is my 1974 Chrysler by Chrysler 360 V8. It is an Aussie car so alot of you may never have seen it. It's a CJ Chrysler and is slowly becoming a collectors item over here. I purchased it in Melbourne Victoria in the south east corner of Australia and drove it back to Brisbane in the state of Queensland 2000 kilometres north. It only took 1 and a half days and purred like a kitten. It runs on LPG Liquidfied Petroleum Gas and unleaded petrol but is much cheaper on LPG. When I got it home I found I had driven the whole trip with 2 broken engine mounts. After getting it roadworthied I would say it is one of the safest cars on Australian roads. The body work, eg paint and vinyl roof need to be redone but it is otherwise a dream to drive. As you may gather I like Chryslers but I do have 2 Ford Falcons and a Toyota Tarago as well.
Had one of these in standard condition in 1989 ( it was lowered in front, dropped K frame till it was 3 inches from ground)and it topped 153 mph (245 kph Yes it actually did that but only the once), for a standard 6 litre that was pretty good. And it was an automatic so says something about the quality of these cars.
