1-20-08 Just installed 10000k HID lights in my lowbeam of my projector halo headlights. These housings (since they're aftermarket) use 9006 bulbs. The install wasn't bad, had to disengage the automatic perimeter lighting cuz it kept blowing out my lowbeam fuses.

Look for these hex-bolts. Remove them and you'll be able to remove the headlamp housings. This picture is on the passenger side.

Be careful when putting the HID bulbs in, they're fragile as hell!

Anyone with the halo and LED housings knows there's a grip of wiring in them. Just keep them out of the way and don't cross them with the HID wiring.

Another shot of the clutter of wires.

I located the driver-side transformer ballast right behind the stock air intake duct. Plenty of room to make way for the bulbs wires and the extension input wire.

The passenger ballast is mounted right on the windshield washer fluid tank. If I'm stupid enough to spill the fluid on the ballast then I deserve to have a messed up ballast.

These are the connecting points for the extension and bulb wires. They can't be confused. The black and red connected to the blue and black through the single black 9006 connector is the extension wire connection. The red and blue connected individually to the red and black are the bulb wires.

And when all put together they are frickin nice! My headlight housings suck, there's a metal plate behind the projector to keep the beam from shining to high. Still looks neat though, and more blue than the picture shows.

This is them on.

This is just one. You might be able to see the halo on.

My lowbeams vs my foglights. HID vs Hyper White...No comparison.

During my time in Missouri I did all kinds of redneck sports like Muddin' and Rock climbing. Plus my '87 Blazer took all the punishment. I had friends that had 4"-6" suspension lifts with 35" tires or more. My Blazer was completely stock, and off-roading with a stock suspension can be rough compared to their custom rides. But this Vegas weather is so much warmer compared to the mid-west. It was 30 degrees when I left Missouri...and 75 degrees when I got to Las Vegas:-) Plus I don't miss the snow LOL

Yeah, man. I'll take some photos and post it. It's the vehicle I never wash. Hah. I'll have to run it to the Pay 'n' Spray.

Hah! Thanks, man. Seems like every Civic has a bunch of money dumped into body kits, carbon fiber gas cap doors, wings, vanilla latte makers and LED lighted tampon dispensers. And when they pop the hood, there's this dirty stock engine sitting there. LAME! I went straight for the engine. Only reason why I installed floor board lights is because I can't see a damn thing at night. LOL. Love the F-150. I have an '03 F-150 as well. Ford trucks FTW! I've been around them my entire life. Awesome machines.

I like your interior work and I had the same things in mind too(head unit and Edge programmer). I thought about doing side pipes but I might just go with double straight out the back Flowmaster exhaust. Thanks for checking out my truck man! 5*****stars to you as well. Plus I didn't know Pooh bear did audio work LOL
