Question: should i buy a header and high flow cat?

My 05 Lancer es, few mods done but nothing special. New 17" rims with 205/40r17 kumho tires. Exhaust ( e bay special) with weapons r "secret weapon" air intake with ram air add on.

Up coming projects... planning on adding an evo 8 wing, also looking to put a new header on with a new air intake manifold, also adding in a hi flow cat.

Also looking to do the strut bars (front and back) with new suspension and new anti roll bars.

Im looking for a pully system for the 2.0L es model.. i want more power out of this lil car.

im not looking to do any major ugrades the the engine such as a turbo. I figured if im going to do this kind of performance upgrade...id much rather do it to a lancer thats a 5 speed or just buy an evo.
