This is my 2000 chevy blazer. Purchased new with 13 miles on it in July 2000, i never imagined it would look like this. I was introduced to MiniTruckin by one of my soldiers near the end of 2001, and i got bit by the bug after installing some Euro tails. Tint, speakers, and the rest of the pep boys specials followed untill i decided to lower it, and everything changed from there. I showed it "mild" until winter of 05/07. During the off-season, the Blazerlade was born.
Not long after getting started, i got with a local club in fayetteville called Aces High. I learned all about shows and cruizing from them, but people and things change. I left that club after a year or so, and a life changing event soon followed. Everyone has thier own views on car and truck clubs, but here's mine. The club i started along with a few of my friends back then, completely changed my life and who i am. Outkasted Creationz is my second family. These are my best friends outside of a few military buddies. Everyday i'm in contact with at least one of my members at one point or another. I'd literally bend over backwards (to replace a burnt out compressor) for anyone in the club. And best of all, i know they would do it for me too.
Car shows are my favorite weekend activity from about the end of march on thru november!!! 2007 was a great season for me. I was convinced to make much longer road trips to show then i ever had previously. And you know what, every mile and $3 gallon of gas was worth it. I picked up alot of hardware, but i'm far from a trophy-chaser. The public reaction is much, much better. My VP calls them "Neck Bonez"!!! You know when you're driving down the road and someone turns all the way around to watch you drive by!!! Neck Bonez!!! I've given out my share this year too though.
Aside from the mini - Escalade front and the lambos, i get the most attention from my sound system. Just like most other people, i started out small and thought i was hitting harder then everyone, only to have someone pull up behind me and rattle MY mirrors with thier system. I think my first setup in here was 2 10" crunch's with a 600w(peak)kenwood amp. But it was bridged, haha!!! I went thru several setups after that, including one that was stolen at the movie theatre. Yeah, imagine my shock when i found someone shot out my back window with a 9MM and ganked my entire setup. Right now, i'm running 4 15" Kicker Comp CVR's. My sub amp is a 2000watt(RMS) Hifonics Brutus. I promise you that this is by FAR the best amp i've ever run. I can proudly say that with the help of a few guys from the club, i built the box. I'm running 2 Kole caps with it, and Audiobahn mids, highs, and a 4 channel amp. Everythings wrapped in black crushed velvet, and my electronics are set behind plexi-glass(thanks brasco!!) I'm pretty pleased at how she hits, and i usually dont worry too much about someone out-hitting me on the street. At shows, i guess there's always room for more sound.
