UPDATE [1:40am/April 11th]

Well, I think I've finally lost my mind... I'm SERIOUSLY considering running 315/35/17 tires in the rear, and 275/40/17's up front. All this with the 13" Corvette brakes. You have to admit...it would be completely BADASS(!!!) to see a wagon slammed over some 13" wide rear tires, with respectively tall Corvette brakes. I'll continue to ponder this idea, and see what motivational words I recieve from friends and co-workers about my crazy scheme. [I'll probly end up doin' it anyways. :)]

Update: Well, the garage has sparked a lot of enthusiasm, and pushed me over the edge of reason again. I got a little carried away with ideas, but I like them...so, they shall be done.

Mostly weight reduction: The rear panel I carpeted is being tossed, the rear door glass, and rear side glass, are goin' to be replaced with Lexan, the fenderwells have been removed for more turbo hotside/tire clearance. The power seats are goin' on a diet, and I'm lookin' for a suitable MANUAL rack & pinion setup. At this moment, I'm itchin' to back-half the car, too. :D

UPDATE! The project has been moved, to the recently acquired garage. More room to work, and a roof over it's own! Progress should be steady now, as long as funds permit. Enjoy.

-The Wagon-

This is my 1980 Malibu Wagon. Practically got it for free, so after debating whether to build a Drag car or a Pro-touring ride...I decided to make one hell of a wagon, that could go fast, AND take corners. Some refer to the cars in the Pro-touring community as "G-Machines". Being so,[and the fact that the Malibu is a G-Body] I dub thee..."Project G-Wagon".

This "G-Wagon" will be the testbed of all the information, and theories I gather and know of engine building, suspension design, and my own idea of "tastefulness" in bodywork. If you enjoy what you see on the next couple of pages, sign my guestbook and let me know your thoughts, suggestions, and criticism...even if you disagree with some of my choices. The guestbook is there for me to learn the publics opinion of my project.

This is an on-going project, so check back for updates!!!
