I had little interest in cars when I noticed this Chevelle for sale. I didn't even know what a "Chevelle" was. I just happened to see it at a gas station in town one day, with a for sale sign in the window, and thought it was a cool car. Didn't think much more about it after that.

A few weeks later as I was driving along with my girlfriend, I spotted it again sitting at someones house. I decided what the heck, and stopped to look. It seemed nice, for however old it was. After a quick test drive, I knew it had to be mine, and thankfully it was. All numbers matching, too bad its a Malibu. Ah well, when I'm done with it, she'll be a much cooler Heavy Chevy. Hopefully Big Block powered, but who knows.

Heres what the car looked like when I picked it up. The shiny paint is hiding some minor rust.

After a couple years, it ended up in primer.

With a white interior I would paint it red. Candy Apple Red with pearl flake.

Hi
I recently purchased a 72 heavy chevy. It is a 100% original, one owner car. I even have the dealer lease agreement! If you are still working on it, I've got a heavy to answer any authenticity questions you may have.
