Purchased in July of 2007, this stock 77 302 automatic Mustang II was in very good condition and a show winner, but was just too plain for me. As with all my cars I do all the customizing myself on a VERY TIGHT budget, t.g. for E Bay. Believe it or not, all add ons (spoilers, scoops, vents and louvers) on all my cars are painted using color matched & mixed rattle cans. The secret is time spent on prep. This has saved me $$$$$ to spend on all the other add ons. All stripes are custom designed by me and a friend on computer and transfered to a vinyl cutter, then applied. The vinyl choices now are endless from stock red on my 77 Mustang II, to Carbon Fiber on my 05 Mustang to the multi color shade shifting flames on my 2001 Pt Cruiser.
Many thanks go to my good friends Sergio for the vinyl work on my 05 and II and Eric for mechanical work on this project.

1st thing to add was the front & rear spoilers, the hood scoop and window louvers.

Then the COBRA II stripes

Next was to add wheels / tires, hood pins, Cobra grille emblem and rocker lettering as well as dying the tail lights red.

Then it was time to tune her and clean up the engine compartment.

Of course custom plates were a must to tell the world what I was driving and the Southern Nevada Mustang Association club logo proudly displayed on window louvers.

The best part of all is that it is still a daily driver.

January 20th,08 another beautiful 60 degree day in sunny Las Vegas. So off to the Santa Fe Station for some photos showing the newly added chrome traction bars and Shelby style tail lights

March 14th, another beautiful day in LV. to keep the underhood heat down with summer just around the corner I decided to replace the small front opening scoop with a functional rear opening cowl. During 3 days of testing in 80 degree temps in LV traffic, underhood temps have dropped a full 60 degrees and have not exceeded 120. The car has a more aggressive look and the carb sounds sweet even with the low exhaust tones. The adjustable air dam can be raised and lowerd a full 4" to clear parking lot bump stops or give the car a lower appearence.

Some of my past creations

2005 Mineral Gray Mustang:
Purchased the 1st day available in Las Vegas in Nov. 2004 I immediately began customizing it. In 2 years it went through many different looks, including my designed Pony front grille and side badges in Jan 05 (Later copied by FORD), to Old school look a few months later, then the BOSS look and finally the COBRA R.

2001 PT Cruiser:
I custom designed and built the simulated roots blower and bolted it on the hood for show, (it actually was a working fresh air scoop). After taking much heat on the streets I added a operational nitrous oxide system which propelled it into the high 13's. Respectable considering all the add on weight to the already Heavy PT Cruiser.

Forgot to mention:
I had just started customizing my new 06 Dodge Dakota, Billet Grille, Chrome light bucket inserts, chrome bumper accents etc., when on May 04, 07 on the eve of my birthday, the pilot of a single engine Piper decided to make an emergency landing on Las Vegas Blvd.(Yes the world famous STRIP). The engine died when he ran out of gas, (well not really, he switched to the wrong wing tank), the plane still had 10 gals. in the other wing and hit my truck head on with me in it. Luckily I am still alive to laugh about it OUCH! So I got the truck back in mid November, YUP MY insurance company had it repaired ???.
Time for another custom License Plate.
