I found this in my uncle's garage in Port McNicoll and I had an interest, so i asked him who owned it. He said it belonged to his son-in-law, and was looking to get rid of it, seeing as he had more than a few projects on the go. I knew my cousin, the owner, was having trouble finding parts for his 77 Nova 2 door, and i had at home a 77 Nova

That is the idea behind ram-air, more power. Olds had some of the best in the industry.

I have heard some 2 barrel 425 and 455s (on the big 88 cars) and quicker than 4 barrels

Jae, Thanks for the comments about my Delmont... I do like the name you chose for your Olds - "Red Rocket", and really like the work you have done restoring the car. Hey, I had a question. I think your engine clean up and painting looks great! I would like to do the same this summer. However, I wouldn't know where to begin. Did you remove the engine??? If you look at some of the pictures I posted, the engine area of my Olds is pretty clean - some minor rust, but not a lot, nor a lot of oil. What would you suggest? What type of paint did you use? And when you "painted the grill", did you mean the black paint in the indented parts of the grill?? Well, thanks for any advice - and I hope you are enjoying the winter. My car is in storage, and you know, I am getting very anxious to get behind the wheel and just open her up - just too much salt around here!!!!
