My 1969 AMC Rambler
This is my Rambler it is a plane jane 1969 little old lady car. The car only had 39,000 miles when I got it in 2005. It was orignaly a 199cid auto, the most striped down model AMC had. Rubber floor mats instead of carpet, vacum windsheild wipers and get this the back windows don't roll down! The body was in exclent condition with only a few little shoping cart dings. the headliner, bench seats and door panels were nice as well the seats did have covers on them but even they looked factory. Steel wheels and 1'' white wall tires made the old lady look complete. I only drove it once or twice like this, before I began hot rodding it.
The Rambler was my first hot rod so i had tons of plans for it. The way a car looks is very important to me being into the auto body feild I knew that i was gonig to hard to please! The next few pages will show how my old little Rambler will turn into a hot rod.
