Well the parts finally came that I have been waiting for. I went to pick up my paycheck and run a few places and when I returned there was a package on my step and I knew exactly what it was. It was my clear side marker ligts that I have been waiting for.

Here is the side marker lights and the bulbs that I am putting in.

I quickly put my stuff inside, grabed my new bulbs that were going in and my digital camera so I could take pics of everything. They went in very smoothly. It only took about 10-15 minutes to change them both out. Here is what it loks like before I started.

I pulled part of the air dam that attaches to the fender down so I could reach inside and undo the wire clips holding the side marker lights in and pulled the marker lights out. Here is a pic with the light out and you can see the air dam hanging down.

Here is a pic of the new one and the old one together so you can see the difference. I like the new ones a lot better.

I quickly sliped the new lens in and put the new bulb in the socket, put the socket back in and I was done. It went a lot quicker than I thought it would. Here is the pic of the new one installed. If you look close enough you can see the buld inside.

I have a pic already with them turned on but you can't really tell in the daytime what they look like. I will have more pics tonight with them turned on.

Alright it is now night time and I have the new pics with the new marker lights in. The bulbs are blue but give off a bright white light. It is okay for now until I can get some real blue lights to put in there. The first few pics are of just the marker lights so you can see what they look like turned on. Sorry about the quality of the pic but it is hard to take good night shots.

Now with all three going. The marker lights, scanner, and fog lights. I think they all look great together. Can't wait to see what it would look like with blue bulbs in the marker lights.

Now just waiting on some blue neons to put in the car. That is my next project for the car.
