This is my baby; a 1994 Chevy S-10 Blazer. I have put many many hours into this truck. I will showcase a few pictures of it here, drop me a line and let me know what you think. The install is not completely finished yet, so as I get pictures I will update the page. Thanks for looking!
We'll start off with pictures of the box/amp rack under construction.
Test fitting all the components before putting this heavy thing in the truck. Everything has been made so that all the equipment flush mounts with the finish surface of the box.
Hefted it in the back of the truck finally, now time to start feeding the wires through to their appropriate place..
Wiring complete and the trim panels made and in place. To the left and right of the box, I have storage compartments with removeable covers. The left compartment holds the original jack in the factory location for easy access. These compartments give me a good place to store emergency supplies and tools out of the way.
Finally got carpet on it! I managed to get the whole enclosure done with one piece of carpet, except for the cubby where the caps are housed. Very nice to have absolutely no seems at all showing! Almost ready to drop all the equipment in place and turn it on!
AH, Finally got it all mounted and hooked up! Note that the Autotek crossover network is covered with the casing from a Rockford Amp. Also take not that the high surfaces on all the Punch Links has been ground off so that they blend with the 'Black and Grind' finish of the amps better.
More pictures including the front stage coming soon.
