Here Is my Newest addition It's a 1992 Camaro I couldn't pass it up for the price. $300.00 it was an Original 3.1 car but i get a 3.1 and a 94 3,4 Not sure if i will use either Probably go to a small block. this is still at the previous owners house the night i bought it.
It does need some work but I enjoy it

We;; here is the motor i decided on putting in ther car. It's a small Block 350 with a 500 lift 300 duration and an edlbrock intake and carb it also has short tube headers not shown.

This is the 700r4

This is the car in the garage.

The 350 painted the wrong color soon that will be fixed

Fixed and in the car
and the car as it sits today

Well here it is as of last night 1/18/2008 I have done Quite abit on it as it sits now. Well I put the motor in and fired it up It has a very loppy idle I love it Sounds strong and healthy. but after a few runs on it i noticed that i had some water in the oil. Figured it was because of a valve cover being off and the Intake water neck leaking and water pouring in the top of the head so I changed the oil and fixed the leaking water neck Ran it a few more times and water in the oil again . So I remembered the previous owner of the motor told me he had just changed the intake gasket. In removing the intake i noticed that there was a big hump in the gasket. around one of the water jackets. So i had another intake laying around which was better than the one on it So i switched them out and and replaced all the gaskets so all my water issues should be solved. (Hopeing it's not a head gasket) But no steam in the exhaust so I think I found the issue. Yesterday I decided to finish up all the loose ends. I finished most of them Replaced the shifter. Put in a Hurst Promatic 2 shifter and hoooked up the linkage Hooked up the Torque arm and replaced the valve cover gaskets and hooked up the throddle linkage. Moved the Water tempature sending unit to the side of the block. Today i will change the oil again and top off the trans with fluid. check the trans lines. make sure they don't leak. what is left to do is buy front Weld Pro stars and send it out to get the Exhaust tied together from the headers to the catback. and of course tune it it still needs the timming set. It is close now but not right on.
I also need to run the wires for the electric fuel pump in a more perminate place. I have a holley Electric Fuel pump with the regulator set at 10psi.
