General Information for this car:
This is my Corvette. For all of you enthusiasts out there, this is car is most definitely not correct for the '73 model year. Basically everything forward of the front axle is from a '72, and everything aft is '73. It's not numbers matching, and has the engine from a 1970 Chevrolet Caprice. The multiple year hodge-podge of parts is why this car is named "Frankenvette."
Work will progress fairly slowly at first, but the project is expected to be completed before July 2008.
For now it's got a 350/250HP engine from a Caprice, which I plan to swap out for a 383. The engine is mated to a TH400 3-speed automatic, which I plan to swap for a Keisler TKO manual (.64 5-speed). All of this should happen at about the same time if all goes well.

The rims are the "Fluted Hawk" style from Centerline's Billet Series.
