UPDATES (Mar. 22/09) **TURBO PICS ON PAGE 3**
So currently the car is parked due to a blown head gasket...It is in the shop right now for a new head gasket (Cometic MLS) and some ARP studs. Over the past month I've ripped apart my interior and re-wired the entire stereo. Upgraded to 0 gauge, second battery, High quality RCA's, better speaker wire and just cleaning up the install. Also I painting the door panels, and doing touch ups on the rest of the interior. Installed my GlowShift gauges, still waiting on one more to arrive.
THE STORY
It's actually been a very long struggle to the current point. A couple years back i bought a Neon and ordered the body kit for it. And while i was saving up to get it put on....she died on me....bought another.....car accident (totalled)....bought another still have it but not worth investing in (it's the green one in the background of the pic below). Then i bought this one....and finally was able to get my kit on and start to mod it.
My car completley Stock, the night i bought it actually
-1995 Dodge Neon
-2.0L SOHC
-4dr, Auto
I find it funny i'm starting with the worst possible version of the Neon to mod...auto...SOHC...4dr. But it hasn't stopped me so far.
EXT. Mods
-Blits front, Buddy Club rear and sides (extreme dimensions)
-Altezza tail lights
-Clear projection headlighs
Right now i'm not overly impressed with the installation quality of the body kit (gaps, uneven lines, crap ass paint).
For the 09' season I will be taking the kit off and going back to stock. Until I can get the whole car painted and the kit put on properly.
