1964 Ford F-100 purchased in Leander Texas 1996. I brought it to to Shewrood Oregon in 1997. It has a 292 y-block with three speed manual transmission.
The engine compartment was pretty bad, leaky master cylinder and rusty firewall by brake cylinder.
I started engine compartment cleanup by sand blasting firewall using my pressure washer.
Then I ground and sanded inside fenders.
Then painted every thing.
I upgraded the brakes by replacing the old one circuit master cylinder with a two circuit 1967 MC. Re-plumbed the break lines and added a proportioning valve.
I have several other things I have started but haven’t finished due to time.
Clean up Dash
Polish, paint and mount hood trim
Here is the trim picture listed on ebay, I got them for $40.00. Picture in right is the trim polished and painted.
