This is a 1988 BMW e30 m3 in original Henna Red w/ VIS-racing carbon hood, & many new parts.

These 1st set of pix are w/ its current Beyern wheels, the second set is with my stock BBS wheels.

The next few pictures are of my car with the OEM 15" BBS wheels with Kumho directionals. I use the 15" wheels and tires for hard driving such as at the track or pylon racing. They seem to track better as that is the stock configuration BMW raced originally. The Beyern's are for taking my wife out to dinner, shiny objects you know.

It is incredible to drive, like a go cart with only 2,600 pounds and a 220+hp dual overhead cam motor with no lag in response. It has the following improvments:

-VIS carbon hood

-Dinan 18hp performance chip

-Nology hot wires
-Nology power core
-Mallory hi-perf coil
-Nology silver-tip plugs

-Tokico 5way adjustible hi-perf shocks (adjustment in tower), the strut towers have been cambered in 1/2" each, requiring a custom made Ireland Engineering strut bar for fit.

-Kumho directionals on my stock 15" BBS's

-These are my 17" Beyern's; both sets of wheels, Beyern and BBS are made in Germany with BMW models in mind.

-Eibach sway bars
-Eibach 2" racing springs
-Racing Dynamics rear strut bar

-DevilsOwn alcohol injection system (See page 3)

-Aluminum air intake boot by "EngineWorks"
-Custom cold air heat shield
-FSE power boost/adjustible fuel regulator
-Spectrum cold air filter & adapters

-Euro H1 smiley lights

-Borla exhaust

-M-tech2 Euro leather steering wheel

-VDO extra gauges and center console pod

The interior is fairly stock. It has been redyed and hand rubbed to work the dye into the leather. A good portion of the age wrinkles are removed. The dash is and was perfect and it has a new console.

The rear seat has also been redyed and redone.

The headliner was restretched and reglued after the previous owner basically tried some "do it yourself" wierd remedies on it. This led to basic destruction of the back pilar covers as well. These have been removed and recovered with black cowhide.

Some of the replaced OEM parts:

-center console
-new mats
-new windshield
-windshield washing fluid tank
-inside door handles
-OEM front speaker covers
-OEM tweeter covers
-M3 Euro Type2 steering wheel
-M3 gear shift knob
-leather brake cover
-M-gear shift knob
-brushed alum. M-peddles
-brushed alum. M-ebrake handle
-all new engine well factory stickers
-all front dings/chips removed
-entire front end removed, repainted
-OEM fog lights and cups
-Oem signal lights
-OEM grill
-wheel well inside covers
-1991(318is/m3)tool kit w/ long plug remover

-trunk carpet
-OEM m3 special jack and trunk kit
-OEM rear stop lights
-complete engine well re-wire
-OEM gas cap
-OEM side skirts
-new stainless strut bolts
-new firewall wiring caps/covers
-OEM antifreeze runoff well & hoses
-valve cover & plenum repaint
-new stainless valve cover bolts
-new OEM throttle link cable & parts
-new timing chain and tensioner (ordered)
-stainless/chrome lug locks
-OEM hood hinge (color matched)
-OEM engine well light covers
-Euro smiley lights (H1's)
-slotted OEM side grills

I added BMW factory flip keys with blue night flashlights in them, & a OEM remote locking system.

Next we installed VACmotorsports light-weight racing pulleys, grooved belts, & a new adjustment bar.

And a new finned differential cover.
