I bought this hachi back in early 2005 in hope of getting into the drift scene. I was in Japan in 2004 and was introduced to the sport of driftiing so as soon as I came back to the states I went searching for the legendary drift car. I found my little gem in San Jose all stock except for the Razo carbon fiber pedals. I wanted to learn how the stock ae86 felt because many of the greats in the sport started out with the hachi and built it according to their skill level. I had some fun with it for about 6 months and burnt out the clutch. Once replaced it was soon messed up again...too much clutch kicking! I have a 20v installed but Im still having issues with the Haltech E8. Hope to get it up and running soon.
