I purchased my '83 with the intention of performing a 7m-gte swap, but I found this rustless 85 two-tone locally with the swap already performed. It was in excellent shape and I purchased it for less than it would have cost me to do the engine work alone. So the '83 will remain stock 5m-ge now.
The engine is a rebuilt 7m-gte, ported and polished, HKS metal head gasket and arp studs. Mods so far are a full 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust from the turbo back, Magnaflow muffler, no cat, greddy boost controller, intake, HKS clutch with RPS pressure plate.
