I had to remove the rear bumper due to rust. As you can see, in the following pictures, these are my results. I already ordered a new bumper from a Toyota Dealer in Cincinnati and paid $356 which included tax and shipping to my place in Youngstwon ohio.
My local Toyota Dealership wanted $422 which did not include tax. This bumper that I purchased is a Factory bumper and will not rust as fast as an aftermarket type bumper like my front one. The front bumper will be getting replaced soon due to rust. My insurance company guarenteed the front bumper for life. Well, after 3 months its has started to rust mostly spot rust.

Look very redneck. I had to zip tie the License plate to the trailer hitch and use packaging tape to secure the license plate lights. 4/18/08

New rear bumper

I broke off 2 bolts when I removed the old one and there was no way of getting to the broken bolts. So I had to weld the bumper to the truck.

My insurance company bought a new factory Tundra bumper and had my bodyshop install it. It looks a hell of a lot better and actaully fits the truck better too.

I had to use the plastic plate on the bottom to help raise the battery up enough so I could secure it. Its not a perfect like the one from the factory but its a heck of a lot nicer.

I got the truck stuck in a snowbank at home. I was being a dumb ass.

Thanks man, it's a slow progress. Especially this summer i've been busy with other stuff. I think my next mod is gonna be an exhaust system. Two 60 series flowmasters. It should give it a nice aggressive growl.
