Here is the start and the end of my solid axle swap.. i also did 63 inch chevy leaf springs in the rear and a shock bar in between the frame rails of the back to get a bigger shock under the ass end.

here is the axle complete then dis assembled to do all new seals and bearings.

here are the four inch leaf springs in place without the axle in place. duhh.

then the axle in place its an 1983 toyota axle if you were wondering. and i believe the center of the axle is moved forward about three to four inchs.

Here is the toyota back out on the mean streets of eugene with the solid axle finished under the truck. sorry its clean i havent had a chance to go beat on her yet. but this is the finished product. pretty clean look compared to IFS..
