well heres the NEW Money Eater. bout this today (5/8/08) for $2080 at a local used car lot. interior is MINT (leather seats with NO rims,no cracks in dash pad, headliner is MINT,just one crack in the bottom front cornor of the left doo panel). body is in GREAT shape for its age. just a lil bubblage on the 1/4 panels and the right front fender. 318 with a 7 1/4" rear. not sure of the tranny but im sure its a 904. and its only got 44xxx miles on it. i will be redoing this car instead of the rolled over one on page 2.the original owners ALWAYS brought it to the dealership (kapaus ericson in superior WI) for oil changes and whatever else it needed. the ashtray and lighter were NEVER used,and never will be :)

5/11/08-goin through the owners manual and shit i found in the glovebox,and im the second owner of this dart if you dont include the car lot i bought it off of. it was delivered on 5/28/74 to Dependable Motors Inc in Virgina MN---saweeet!

1st thing i did was change the steering wheel

original bias ply spare tire with the original bumper jack thats still like new
pulled the spare tire out,and WOW look how CLEAN that spare tire well is. here you can also see that i changed the plastic panel that covers the taillight housings with a carpeted one

whats this??? its a power trunk latch from a 5th ave. installed it on 5/11/08,just gotta get the back seat out to run the wires

5/13/08-got the valve cover gaskets installed cuz the left one leaked like a motherfucker
5/15/08-got a new cd player for $85 cuz the original AM radio just wasnt cuttin it for me.
5/15/08-also got a amp wiring kit. its only a 1600watt but thats the biggest i could find,and the amp im gettin is a 2000watt.
picked this up a few days ago from a friend. bandpass box for 2 10" subs
5/16/08-built a center counsel to hold a cd deck with a couple cup holders,cuz it really sucks driving having to hold your soda the hole time. i might add a cd chenger under the deck,but now that i got a MP3 player i might not.
5/22/08-got a my audiobahn 6.5" speakers from ebay. im gonna try my hand at fiberglassin a pair of kick panels to house em.
5/23/08- got a big package today,felt like x-mas all over again. i had the box ripped open before the fedex guy even left the driveway lol. got my 1200watt lazar subs,my 2000watt american pro amp, and my audiobahn 6x9s. more pics when i get everything hooked up n mounted

5/24/08-got my stereo system hooked up today except the 6.5s which i still gotta make kick panels for.
both 1200wass subs in the box
1 of my audiobahn 6x9s in a box i got from a homie since there was nowhere to mount em.
got the 2000watt amp mounted to the side of the box. the LED lights "dance" to the music
cap mounted on the back of the box.
back of the box. gotta get more 12 gauge speaker wire so i can run it clean.
5/27/08
takin the wimpy rear end out. had to change it for the 5x4.5 bolt pattern.

had to dig out a shorter driveshaft,the original one was a 1.5" to long
5/29/08-$230 of stoppin goodness. had to get new drums,rotors,front pads,gear lube,and silicon.
i love how low the front sat when the ass was jacked up

5/31/08-went to a mopar show/swap meet and picked up a pair of chrome valve covers for $35!

6/18/08-took it to its 1st car show, when i pulled up there was already someone takin a pic of it!

6/28/08-second show,wasnt to great of a turnout but was somethin to do

put on a set of magnum 500s to get rid of the ugly wagon wheels and ballon tires.
