My name is Tyler and im just your average country boy from Virginia.Now heres the story behind my truck....My step-dad built the truck a few years ago (2005) and it was a beautiful show truck. My mom and him got married last year and ever since they first met I had wanted that truck.After they got married he decided that he wanted to take the bed off and put a steel flatbed on it, straight axle it,put 8" springs under it and run 38" boggers. Well we took everything out of the inside speakers and everything.Then we took the bed and front bumper off. A few months later he flew out to go to Iraq. We never did do the SAS on it,the flatbed or boggers. On one of his leaves he came back and told me that i could have the truck. I imediately started looking for a bed. Once he left to go back to Iraq i found a bed for $250.It had a spray in bed liner with a few dents and dings. I took it to my body shop and pulled the dents, and got it ready for paint. My grandpa sprayed it and then me and a couple buddies put it on. The inside is almost completely finished now. I will have picks of the finished project on here soon.
