I got this car when I was in my first college. It mainly remained moth balled and dragged from one place to another as I moved. After we moved to Arizona I didn't want to pay the money to ship it from the East Coast. Now I'm kicking myself for letting it go.
When I bought it, it had 56K ORIGINAL miles on it. I was the 3rd owner. The first owner was an elderly woman who had it drilled and rustproofed. She also painted it the awful pastel blue you see in the photos. The second owner was a gentleman I used to work for. He had it in storage to restore until he was struck with cancer. He sold me the car for $1,500.
The interior was blue and its original color was white. The only problems I had were a small water leak around the front window and mildew the ruined the carpet on the passenger side. Both very minor repairs.
The engine was in true form. It was a 327 "Turbo Fire" with 250 HP. The engine paint was original and the valve cover still bore the Team 1 Tonawanda decals.
