I found out a few days ago that the engine the car had is actually a 305 (5.0 L) instead of a 350 (5.7 L) that the car was supposed to have.
I have decided to hold off on putting in a new engine because of money limitations. I am going to save up some money and build a 383 with around 400 HP and hopefully put it in next winter.
Picked up a center console with cut outs for window and hatch release switches out of an 89 IROC. Also got a great condition shifter plate, fuse box cover, and hatch trim all for $30.

Body Parts Donor (89 RS):

145 MPH Speedo and New Dash Cap:

Found these at a junk yard. Only $50 for the speedo and $30 for the dash cap!
Edelbrock Performer-Link timing chain:

I got this chain from Summit to replace the old and stretched out chain.
New Ignition Stuff:

MSD Cap and Rotor, Autolite 26 Spark Plugs, and MSD 8.5mm Super Conductor wires all from Summit.
