UPDATES
I bought a police push bar from ebay for $41. Drilled some holes in the bumper and bolted it in, giving it that genuine police car look, and if I feel the need to give someone a nudge i dont have to worry about damaging the car.
I also got a Tach from pepboys and mounted it above the dash. The engine has a lot of low end torque and rarely goes above 2000RPM around town.

I put in some translusent red paper in the grill lights and made them red for a meaner look, I'll have a better pic as a whole later, I'm thinking I will hook them up to a nice toggle switch and have one blue and one red just for show.

I replaced the water pump because that went, it was original

My old side mirrors chrome was shot, I had repainted them, but got new ones from an '84 vic at the junkyard for $16, so i replaced them
I repainted all 4 rims gloss black, as they needed it

Due to the fact that I had a $50 autozone gift card to spend I got two new auxilary driving lights/fog lights and attached them to the push bar, furthering its police car look.
Decided to finally paint my valve covers now that the weathers good, used muriatic acid and sandpaper and a wire brush to get all the rust of, and had to allow a week between each coat of paint...ended up taking a month, but I'm happy with the look.

I also got 4 new Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires all around, the handling is sooo much better!
