I bought the car off a friend and he bought it off the origional owner who was an older lady. The interior of the car was almost perfect, with no rips and just one hole in the back seat. I bought the car for 400$ with a clean title, and a new edlebrock 650 carb. And after fixing the timming i found it had a blown head gasket so i descided to tear down the whole engine and rebuild it from the oil pan on up. But currently it is in the back of my freinds feild waiting for the engine to be built back up.Well it turns out that im going to have to sell my amc if anyone is interested let me know, my number is 575 680 0361.

Man talk about memories, My Dad had a '69 with 343 and 4.11 rear we used to pull a camper across the US, in the summer of 1970. He sold it the day I turned 16 so I woulnd't kill myself with it. Best of luck on you rebuild. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. :) P.S. That car was fast as hell!
