bought this on Oct 12, 2007
the seller wanted to raise the price 12k MORE if he was to include the rims pictured.
i knew i could get a cheaper set for less than 6k.
i ended up using the stock rims for a while.
already removed the original side mirrors and replaced them with generic black mitsubishi side mirrors.
also added a seatbelt for the passenger side and removed most of the stickers.
had to have a wheel aligment done(kumakabig kasi sa kaliwa eh, kahit ok nmn mga gulong) and it turned out na may damage pla sa ilalim. caster alignment fixed that and the car runs beautifully now. :)
planning to get banana type mags (or enkeis, mesh type) and 185/60 wheels (current ones on are 165/80), plus change the color to either black or the darkest shade of blue available.
***update: i checked the cr of the car and it's listed as blue. and according to LTO, in order for me to change color i need to get it in my name AND include a photocopy of the previous owner's ID.
but because the previous owner never finished transferring the car to his name, i have to obtain the original owner's id and since i'm like the 4th actual owner of this car, hopeless na na mahanap ko pa orig owner. asar.
i guess i'm stuck with blue.
any suggestions on where i can go to get a new front grill or
get one fabricated? the current one is bent out of shape. im thinking of putting in a basic black screen.
mas mura ba sa banawe kesa sa bangkal?
what do you guys think?
