Alright, this is the latest update. I picked up somemore gear aNd being that I am Air Force, I went did a little temporary patriotic grille. Out with the old K&N FIPK and in with the new MAC Intake. I also repainnted my covers and moved my decals. I am wairing on my XCal Flash Tuner and some other decals to arrive, enjoy!

So, I know its been a while, but I got some new gear for the Blessed project. I went with Eibach Anti-Roll Front & Rear Performance Swaybars for to eliminate a lot of the common Explorer body roll. Upon installing the swaybars, a my project helper notieced that both of my rear coils were broken. Don't ask me how, cause I never noticed. The pics are of the swaybar, spring install, and Optima Yellow Top Battery. Enjoy!!!

Ok, I finally got them in; Steeda Underdrive Pulleys. What an awesome mod. An easy 15-20 HP. Changed the Crank and the Waterpump pulleys. Alternator pulley wasn't acting right! Pics below!
September 19, 2008:
So I was getting tired of my new (now surface rusted) cross drilled/slotted rotors, so I decided to do some cosmetic work!
I had been meaning to take pictures and put them up a while ago. Here are a few shots of the color matched rim inserts. If you look on page 1, you can see they came stock in the color black. Also, I have a shot of the Summit Racing cross drilled and slotted rotors. I decided to go with these and Akebono Ceramic Pads.
Pic of crossed drilled/slotted rotors. Will take more pictures when the wheels come off!
New Gibson Catback Exhaust. Out with the old, in with the new! It literally took me 3 hours to get the old exhaust off. It took about 2 days to get the new Gibson installed perfect with no rub and perfect clearance. I also fabricated a mounting bracket for the rear. This setup only bolts at the cat and has 3 rubber hangars. TOO MUCH MOVEMENT! Problem solved!
Finished product! The sound is ridiculous. Not too loud and it has a very deep tone. Recommend to anyone with and Explorer. Plus, you can install it right in your driveway!
Since everyone is deciding to do billet grilles, I decided to toss the billet and get my factory grille color matched. Something different and original!
Old Billet:
Fresh Painted Grille:
I also decided to do another engine performance modification. I changed out the stock upper intake plenum and went with the Trick Flow Black Powerdercoated Upper Intake Plenum. More air = More Power!!! Also a first!
Old Plenum:
Trick Flow Plenum:
Got to love that Sony Cybershot Digital Camera!!
Upper and Lower Billet Grilles from multiple angles.
A couple pictures of the billet antenna.
Painted Engine and Fan Cover w/ K&N FIPK from different angles.
Carbon Fiber Tailights from differnt angles.
This is the day I got back from Kuwait (26 Sep 2007). I got the tires mounted, balanced and installed on the truck. I also put on the fender grills. This page is mainly the exterior of the Explorer.
Installed my Black JDM Headlights and Corners. I also installed the Halo/Projector Foglights. Got to love the new look.
