UPDATE!!! This car was sold in Feb 2008.
I just bought this 1988 TOYOTA SUPRA for $1,500! I was really happy with it till about 100 miles later (less then 24 hours after I bought it), When it blew the valve cover seals. Anyways this is my project car now. He did really really half ass work. I couldn't tell until I really really got down and looked into it. I looked it over, when I bought it but it looked decent at that time.
The guy that sold it to me is dodging my calls and stuff. Probably thinks it'll never run again....WRONG....The fact that he sold me a car like that knowing that it was about to screw up pisses me off. I was gonna keep it as a nice little stock car. Now I intend on making it showroom quality. He's wrong if he thinks he's just gonna sell me a bum car, and I'm gonna whine about it and throw it away.
I'll post pics ASAP. It's not running at the moment but I figure it's worth putting up pics of it so when I'm done working on it, I'll be able to see what I started with.
