hey man sorry it's taken me a little while to get back to you. i just measured that bracket and the whole thing is 8 1/2 inches long. you can adjust where you place it under the bumper to make it fit.

i'm not home right now. i'm at a military course for the next three weeks or i'd run out and measure how much clearance you'd need. if you go to the site they might tell you how much is required.

also before you buy it make sure that you have enough room for the plate to slide under your bumber. just by looking at your pics, it looks like you might not have enough room. i could be wrong though. also the plate holder will stick out a little but that is just so it has enough clearance to come out and fold up
