Exhaust System Rebuild
The original exhaust system will be replaced with a custom built stainless steel dual exit system made of Magnaflow & Aero components that will exit on both sides of the truck in front of the rear wheels. The original had a big secret to tell when it was removed.

Fuel Tank Rebuild
The original fuel tanks will be getting re-furbished. They are still in great condition so there is no reason to replace them. They just need a good cleaning and a fresh coat of paint to be good as new.
The tanks had 16 years worth of crud built up on them.
There was about 10 lbs. worth of crud built up between the 2 tanks.
The original gas doors were bent & twisted. These will be getting replaced with new billet aluminum doors from Bully.
The fuel tanks needed to be relocated 5" closer to the body of the truck to allow for easier access to the filler necks. The factory location made it very hard to get to them.
4 spacers 5"x14"x3" will be fabricated out of 3"x3" & 3"x2" tube and 1/4" plate.
