I the better part of the morning today breaking loose an old 351 windsor to trade to a friend of mine for a nine inch ford axel to build for the truck, I have also just put in an order for a set of motor mount relocators from Advance Adapters. I'll post more updates when I get the new parts.

Well, I though I had my engine finished but I came across a deal I couldn't pass up on a 4500 series Holley Dominator 750, so I'll most likely be intsalling at some point or another.

Sixth months later, I have now finished the engine and things are nearly ready to go back together. and here we have the 4.3 after I pulled it from the truck compared to the new engine that's going back.

... ugh ok, after nearly 4 months of work and beating on this truck it is settin at about 317,000miles with the stock 4.3, I've had the accord take a crap on me so I am now using this as my work vehicle, which has so far required the replacement of a right rear brake line and a new front left tire, due to some inconsiderate asses who don't believe in cleaning broken glass out of their driveway. However I did purchase a 350 I am in the process of building for the truck from a dude right down the road from me the story on the motor wil be on page 3 check it out.
9/22/2008-Well, I spent some time gettin the truck cleaned up today after a good deal of Meguiars Chrome wheel cleaner, tire shine and interior detailer, I've actually got the thing lookin pretty sharp, this is the first time I've actually shined up the Rallye's and the new tires and I'm very impressed. I also think my dad has aquired a donor vehicle for my v8 swap, we are going to use the 350 out of the 91 pickup for a starter, as opposed to dropping the 400 in and destroying the rest of the drive train imediatly.
This is my 94 chevy s10, its a factory 4.3 tbi v6, a 5 speed manual transmission and a low geared possi rear end, the truck has nearly 300,000miles on the odometer, the motor is original and the odometer didn't work for a couple years of 200miles a day of Driving, my dad gave it to me, after it had been sitting for about a year with 286k on it, since then I have lowered the truck 3" added dual exhaust, a kenwood head unit and amp wired to to old rockford fosgate 10" subs behind the seat

Wheels,Corvette Ralley's adopted from another guy's El Camino project, he upgraded to 15x8 so I took his 15x7's and I'll pass my old wheels off to someone else down the line...now you know the true meaning of trickle down economics
