roysgreenstang's 1985 Ford Mustang
Hey everyone thanks for checking out The Green Machine.

roysgreenstang's 1985 Ford Mustang

I had a vision when i walked into my fathers Car Model room and this was it.

This is my 1985 Ford Mustang. I bought this car 6 years ago (in 2003) as a project car. When i bought it, it was ready to be put in a derby. The only thing i liked about it was the T-tops and the fact that it was fast. So everything that i didn't like about it came off.

After striping 5 others i finally had enough parts to build a decent ride.

I stuck with the GT taillights in the rear and picked up some pretty sweet 15" AR mag Rims with 265/60/15 on the rear to hook up with.

As it stands right now it is sporting the boss look with a 302 fuel injected engine pushing a T-5 with 3.55's in an 8.8" rear end to turn the wheels.I also Managed to snage a rear window louver off of an 85 for $75.00. Lucky find, needs new paint this year though.

It has a B-303 cam ported heads, full length headers and Flowmasters for that throaty sound, the tired red 85 interior has been replaced with a black 25th anniversary GT interior.

You put a lot of work into it and I can appreciate that, why did you decide to do an aero swap though? Why not just either put it back to a four eye or just go buy an aero?
