18atheart's 2003 Saturn ION

This is my 2003 ION. Firstly, I would like to say that as a Christian, I do not want this to seem like I am boasting. Therefore, I would like to first say that I thank God for the creativity that he has given me which has allowed me to personalize my car as I have done.

Over the course of the 4+ years, I have been customizing and personalizing. I am at a point now that I do not feel there is much more I can do without going "overboard", so I decided to add it to CarDomain. All of the cosmetic customizations (including the spoiler) have been done by myself. I bought the spoiler after I purchased the car and put it on myself because I did not want to pay a lot of money to have it put on (it cost enough on its own :)

My car has always been kind of my hobby, and I enjoy using my imagination and creativity to customize it so that it is uniquely my own. This is the most I have ever done to one of my cars, by far. I am not going to list all of the cosmetic changes, I will just let the pictures show them. I will say that the painted areas (inside and out) were done by me using Krylon Fusion paint to stick to the plastic, and the flames on the hood are actually magnets.

18atheart's 2003 Saturn IONThe rims - OK, wheel covers - were originally "spinners" that I have glued into place and painted the blue areas. I bought and put the Saturn emblems on the center.

Here is a close-up of the pin striping running the length of the car. It is a combination of a dual strip with a single stripe running between the two and then the silver flames on top of that. I liked the flames, but had to put them on a background of some sort because of the similarity of the car's color.

The engine has been modded about as far as I can go without either going interal or adding a turbo or supercharger. I would love to add one of these, but unfortunitely they are not within my realistic price range. I also want to keep the fuel economy basically the same when driving normally. The mods are...

CAI with K&N filter (I have also run a flexible tube that I have attached to the front air dam with the other end pointed at the air filter to get as much cooler air as possible - does it help? I don't know, but it was an idea so I added it)
Electric supercharger
Larger throttle body
Plasma Booster
Bosch +2 spark plugs
Spark plug boot inserts
Cat-back exhaust with high flow muffler
Lightweight pulley
ECM "chipped"

Here are pics of the interior....

So is all the blue on the interior done by you using that paint you mentioned. Is it easy to scratch up or is it pretty durable. I was looking to change the color of my interior
