yea man i got to get a new radiator for this car and there's so much work to do that's pain in the ass for me i just don't feel like dealing with it. also, this is my first car and all the shit i've done has been using this car and learned from this car. The car needs lots of body work with the rust in the doors and all. Plus new paint, suspension bushings, and all that stuff. The facelift '00 and '01 are the DEFENITION of a Cadillac Catera. I found one in my town some guy was selling for around $1000, said it needed a new engine 'cause there was oil in the coolant. I laughed in my head and thought this baby's MINE!! Silver, chrome rims, new tires, new timing belt, new serpentine belt, new radiator, BEAUTIFUL prestine condition black leather seats, and my fav is the sunroof!! The body is ok, with some nice size little dents that could be fixed easily and some slight oxidation of the clear coat. I'm going to redo the theme with two- tone black and silver. I'ma black out the taillights, get the projectors and paint them black with silver eyelids and of course the halos, blackout the grill, replace the old emblems with the new big ass shiny emblems and blackout the inside portions and chrome the outlines, almost like you woud a chevy bowtie. Not to mention 15% tint, all black 18" Enkei LF-10's, cross drilled rotors, GTO caliper conversion from my car with Z06 Ceramic pads, and black skirt kit from either germany or UK. DAMN this list is big! Sound is going to have 2 Alpine SPS-600's and 2 Alpine SPS-600C's in the rear doors, 2 Alpine Type-R 6x9's and all speakers will have baffles since there's no thump in the doors with stock system. Subs are going to be 4 Alpine Type-R 12 s rated at 500W RMS s piece, and 2 Alpine M-1000 amps. Not to foret the Alpine Headunit...don't know which one but definently alpine...with a CLARION EQ. That's all i can think of for the moment and that's all shit i can do. Good luck on your catera with whatever you plan on doin. Lates

YO YOU NEVER TAKE A CAR LIKE THAT TO WALMART THAT CAR NEEDS SPECIAL ATTENTION.ITS LIKE THE KIDS IN SPECIAL ED.I HAD A 98 NEON I PUT 8 GEEZS INTO IT SO IT WASENT A NEON ANYMORE.I TOOK THAT CAR OVER TO THEM AFTER DRIVING DOWN FROM N.Y.C TO FLORIDA AND WHEN THEY CALLED ME TO TELL ME ITS READY THEY SAID SOMEONE B4 THEM STRIPPED MY DRAIN PLUG AND THEY PUT THE OIL FILTER ON WRONG AND ITS STRIPPED THE OIL HOUSING.WHAT A FUK12 LIE.I SUED THE SH75 OUT OF THEM THEY PAID FOR THE BOTTOM AND I TOLD THEM WHEN THEY PULLED IT UP IN THE BAY THEY FUK75 UP THE BODYKIT YEAH I GOT THEM.THE OTHER DAY I WENT TO ONE OF THE BIGGEST JUNKYARDS IN FLORIDA JUST TO SEE IF THEY HAD ANY CATERA PARTS, JUST SOMETHING EXTRA I CAN USE.I WALKED AROUND FROM 9AM TILL ABOUT 1:30PM THEY HAD 1 FUK76 CATERA THERE AND IT WAS A 2000.THAT WAS A WASTE I DID TAKE THE CLOTH FROM THE CEILING I PLAN ON SWITCHING IT OUT FOR MINE.YOU CAN ONLY DO WHAT U CAN MAN ITS NOT CHEAP OUT HERE FOR NOTHING.ITS SO BAD OVER HERE THAT I MIGHT HAVE TO FINANCE SOME MILK YOU NO WHAT IM SAYING.

WHAT UP I JUST GOT MY CAR BACK ON THE ROAD AFTER PUTTING ABOUT $600 INTO IT. MY LEFT COIL PACK WAS SHOT SO I REPLACED THEM AND THE WIRES.THATS WHY MY CAR WOULD DRIVE AS IF SOMETHING WAS HOLDING IT BACK.NOW IT HAD IT'S POWER BACK SO ITS GOOD TO GO NOW.WHATS UP WIT UR RIDE?

hay whats up.i see you need a wheel alignment after i took my car to amoco for the tranni and i took it on the turnpike for a test drive i noticed it drove faster then before.but i noticed when i took my hand off the steering wheel the car within seconds almost ran into the guardrail.so i took it back to amoco asking then did they mess with the tires at all they said no you have an electrical problem and the alignment is tied in to it.my question is have you ever had this problem.
