This is my fiance's '00 Cavy 2.2L OHV 4dr. Nothing wild, or special, just a nice daily driver. Just recenty I installed the DNX muffler for her, I still need to wipe it down tho...

A few weeks ago, I made a ram-air set up into the stock air-box for the Cavy in attempt to improve gas mileage...so far, we have seemed to pick up around 1mpg so far (judging by the average we get from miles divided by gallons pumped in)...I need to mount the scoop (caravan air lid) more properly with some brackets (zip-tied right now) & I want to center it better behind the bumper intake & seal it with either foam or weatherstripping so all the air is forced into the intake, rather then some in, some around.

Last saturday I installed RK Sport Poly upper motor mount insert & lower dogbone in the Cavy. Went pretty easy...tip, do the lower first...i figured that out the hard way. Now the motor doesn't move at all, I can't move it by hand anymore. Trade off...the dash vibrates pretty good at idle...thats about it. Small price to pay for mounts that'll outlast the car.

Today, I installed a K&N panel filter, also did a Seafoam treatment to the intake & added it to the oil to help clean out deposits. 1/2 a pint of Seafoam in the oil for the last 500miles before i change the oil is what I like to do to every car I work on at least once a year. Car feels real good right now, accelerates with good power.
