My previous suggestion is just the beginning of what you need to do. Other things: Lowering springs and upgraded shocks and struts.

I don't think you need the stability control as much as you need to change out the stock "S or T" rated tires for something at least a "H" rated tire or better. The stock tires will never let you go fast securely. You will likely also have to up your wheel size. 20" will work. You want the larger wheel size with a lower profile, or you could just use the factory wheels and use low profile tires. But if you did this you would be like alot of bozos: Wow I am doing 100mph!!! But why are people still passing me??? Not to mention you will put on something like 25% more miles on your car than you really do.
