Here is my 06 Crew Cab Z71. I have installed a Volant CAI, Magnaflow stainless steel cat back system, Superchip Flashpaq, Escalde speedo cluster, Painted to match door handles, tailgate handle, and mirror caps. I bought the truck with 17" Procomp wheels and 285 BFG AT's and took those off and put on 18" moto metal 951's on Nitto Terra Grapplers. Next to come is a 6" Superlift FIT kit, 456 gears, and 35" Mickey Thompson MTZ's.

I had the same situation as you did, I had a beautiful 2500HD Duramax ext. cab that I traded for my 1500 z-71 crewcab I have now. It is so hard to do that and I give you a lot of credit for starting back over from scratch. You will absolutely love the lift kit, it makes the truck look even more agressive, good luck on your sweet ride. I can't wait to see some of your upgrade pictures.........TRPLXL2

Nice Z. Your old one is pretty nice too. cant wait to see it with the lift on. i just got a 2004 crew cab z71 a few days ago and i cant wait till i put a lift on. I got to ask man... why did u get rid of the Dmax? Duramax's are the best truck out there then the z71.
