This was my 5th vehicle, i was 17 when i had it. its a 1990 Ford Bronco II. 2.9L v-6, 5-speed, 4x4 with manual transfercase, 130,000 miles. i picked this decent little truck up for 750 bucks. It wasnt anything spectacular. Just a nice mode of transportation while i put a 302 in my '79 fairmont, and i wanted a 4x4 for winter. When i bought it, every gear was noisy except for 4th. eventually 4th went out. then first went out. then third started to go out...and i still was driving it every day! I found a POS 91 ranger with a good tranni for 400 bucks and i kept the trans and the aluminum wheels and sold the rest of the truck for 250.
Heres a list of things i replaced on the bronco in the year i had it...
Transmisssion, clutch, tires, upper and lower ball joints, outer tie rods, all new U joints, all new rear brakes (drums, shoes, hardware, self adjusters, wheel cylinders, lines)
Also added off road lights, cab lights, a third brake light, and 3.5 inch blocks in the rear (snagged them from my parts ranger).
Before Mud

After a little mud

After a whole shit load of mud

This was taken the day after i got it. i spent a good couple hours detailing it.
