This is my ride and I love it!
There's actually a long story behind the purchase of this machine. Here goes...
The truck was stored in a warehouse, under a tarp for 15 years in Ontario, Canada.
A preacher bought this truck from the older gentlemen that owned it and who cared for it. He then drove it from Ontario to Newfoundland where he sold it to his brother.
His brother owned it for a couple of years and I had a chance to buy it.. I went there with the cash in hand and the guy tried to swaggle more cash outta me, by telling me that another guy was interested in paying more. I told him I wasn't willing to pay more and walked... thinking it was a scam.. but then 2 days later the truck left town and was driven to Nova Scotia by the guy who bought out from under me.
Which brings me to my favorite part of the story... I found where the guy lived in Nova Scotia and after he had the truck for a while and I noticed it wasn't on the road and he'd done nothing with it at all... I asked if he was interested in selling it and he said yes... so now it's mine!!!!!
But get this... it was a scam the first time around.. because when I got the bill of sale from the guy I purchased the truck from... he bought the truck for the same price I was willing to pay before... so the guy really was try'n to get more cash outta me!!!! Oh well... it's mine now!!!
The only thing that is not Orginal on this truck is the exaust, Brakes, Brake Lines and Cables..(I had to change them all to pass inspection) the rest is original... and the motor only has 150,000kms and change on it!
