How to install an Auxilary Fuse Block
_________________________________________________________________________________
I have done many electronic and electrical modifications in my Jeep, the best way to solve all the hazards presented by the modifications is auxiliary fuse grids. For the vehicle interior I bought a fuse grid from Painless Performance. The installation is very simple, all the parts required is included you only need to drill 4 holes for fixing the fuse grid and one for a direct line from the battery. The kit comes with 3 live circuits and 4 acc circuits and includes a acc relay and a 12V circuit breaker.
I just simply installed the unit right below the stock fuse grid, just unbolt the ECU and move it away, as there is a possibility that you can drill right through it. Fasten the 3 screws and cut of the excess screw length and reinstall your ECU. I also recommend you apply silicone sealant before installing the screws; this is to prevent water leaks and rust on the exposed steel.

I have also done some modifications which require power in the engine bay, so I have also installed an auxiliary fuse grid. The auxiliary fuse grid needs to power the HID, Fan, and Horn. I bought the fuse grid locally, and made a water resistant box out of fiberglass, the box simply attaches between the battery try and stock fuse grid.
