My Custom Electronics and Wiring
_________________________________________________________________________________
As you can see here to your left, I have way to many remotes for my car. I mean if I were to look for one, I will probably end up in an accident.
I there fore propose to go ahead and doing this for my final project in college. I am going to build a control circuit using the Motorola 68HCS12. I will include infrared communications between all the devices and join this control circuit up with the central locking, power windows and power mirrors.
So if i decided to start driving the mirrors will automatically open up, and the front camera will display the front image until I go over 10Km/h which it will then automatically show the GPS screen. When I switch off the car and lock it with the remote i can make sure that all the windows are closed. All these things I can program into the microcontroller over time.
Wish me Luck!
I am planning to make a universal plug-in device which can interface to the whole car and all extra's. When I complete it and complete the testing I am planning to sell this device to anyone who wants their older model car to meet or exceed the functionality of a 2007 model. I will include a setup page in the device so that you can customize / enable / disable the automated features.
Forgive Me : I am still constructing the page!
